Senior Construction Manager, Shell/Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

As Senior Construction Manager (w/m/d), you are independently responsible for managing orders in compliance with technical, commercial, legal and terminological requirements and framework conditions You are responsible for the independent management of the construction projects assigned to you and the management of the construction site team You are responsible for the planning and control of a demand-oriented and efficient use of personnel and materials in compliance with the relevant regulations You achieve the calculated construction site result and you create the economic potential through wise technical and economic decisions Monitoring occupational safety and environmental legislation will complete your task

You have a degree as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d) or a degree as a technician (w/m/d) with comparable knowledge You have practical experience as a construction manager (w/m/d), ideally you have experience in the fields of raw and turnkey construction in high and industrial construction You have relevant knowledge of VOB and occupational safety and environmental legislation You have user knowledge in a construction-specific computer application, ideally iTWO You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working Analytical thinking, high commitment and entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your profile You are happy to build and work in the team
