Information Security Officer:n (e.g. ISO) (m/w/d) Area IT international | Location Duisburg Analysis of regulatory and company-specific requirements (e.g. GDPR/GDPR, NIS2, CRA) Responsibility for the Information Security Organisation and its strategic development taking into account relevant regulatory requirements Planning, control and monitoring of internal and external audits, penetration tests and compliance checks Identification, assessment, control and monitoring of information security risks and implementation of appropriate security measures at global level Examination of contracts and definition and control of information security requirements along the supply chain – from contract negotiation to operational implementation in projects Consultation and support of national and international sites in all information security issues Representation of the Group of Companies to Authorities, Customers, Partners and Auditors in Safety Issues Close cooperation with the Global IT Governance & Information Security Team Regular reporting to the Executive Board Expansion, development, maintenance and certification of a group-wide information security management system (ISMS) Further development of security policies, processes and standards for the sustainable strengthening of information security within the Group

Successfully completed studies in computer science, IT security, business informatics, engineering or comparable Multiannual proven experience as information security officer:r (CISO/ISO), head of cybersecurity or in a comparable position – ideally experience in the manufacturing industry or in a regulated environment (e.g. KRITIS) Funded knowledge in the development, development and certification of an information security management system (ISMS) Very good knowledge of relevant standards and standards, in particular ISO/IEC 27001, IEC 62443 and BSI IT basic protection, as well as current regulatory requirements Specialized knowledge in the field of information security and cyber security, ideally detectable by recognised certifications such as CISSP or CISM – a TÜV certification as an information security officer: it is advantageous German and English knowledge in word and writing Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed analytical and conceptual skills and a solution-oriented way of thinking High team and communication skills as well as the ability to understand complex facts Loadability and ability to keep an overview even under time pressure High self-initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to actively shape changes
