Head of Compliance and Security (m/f/d)

You take over the management of the Compliance and Security Division and, together with your team, are driving forward the design, control and further development of the safety organization of the Central Franconia district clinics. You are responsible for the company-wide security architecture and the risk image of the clinic network: You identify and evaluate essential risks, prioritize fields of action and initiate appropriate organisa­tional and technical measures. In your area of competence, you set standards and allow exams and effectiveness checks. You strengthen the resilience and operational capacity of the clinic network. For this purpose, you develop the risk, resilience and business continuity management, evaluate the dependencies of critical processes and control emergency and restart concepts as well as their testing and development. You design the crisis and emergency organization at enterprise level. You can organize and guide the central crisis unit, advise the locations in the further development of their crisis structures and coordinate cooperation in overarching crisis situations. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) You introduce compliance and safety requirements early in construction, technology and organizational projects and develop sustainable solutions together with the relevant fields. You analyze safety-relevant core processes and network the relevant internal areas with external stakeholders such as police and firefighters.

You have completed a scientific degree (Master or Diploma) in safety management, risk management, safety engineering or health management and a comparable subject. You have an equivalent qualification from a multiannual one-time professional experience. You bring well-founded practical experience in security, risk, crisis or compliance management. You have relevant management experience and can control and develop complex processes and change projects across locations. You combine well-founded knowledge in the security, risk, crisis and business continuity management with a secure view to relevant requirements, such as critical infrastructures, information protection, occupational and health protection and fire, construction and technological security. You are familiar with the special processes in the hospital and the intersections on data and IT security. You think strategically and networked, advise on different hierarchical levels and communicate convincingly. Leadership, responsibility, decision-making and calm in crisis situations round off your profile.

Strategic key position: You report to the Medical Board and actively develop the company-wide compliance and safety organization as well as standards and resilience structures with a wide range of design possibilities.
