Machine operator / plant operator (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the workstation-related machine operation and monitoring of the plant state (including COMs, depalletizers, shelves, film winders, traymerge). You monitor production processes and material flow. You recognize malfunctions and eliminate them or cause troubleshooting in the corresponding plant areas, including troubleshooting in shelves with personal protective equipment for climbing. You report disturbing influences or plant problems to the layer line/control station. You take the manual packing and packaging of goods and consumables. You are responsible for order and cleanliness (removal of products, packaging and waste; optionally cleaning of plant parts) and comply with the applicable HACCP and safety regulations.

You have gained several years of professional experience in the field of warehouse / logistics and ideally experience with intralogistic systems. You have a good technical and practical understanding as well as craftsmanship. You think solution-oriented and have a pronounced decision strength and reaction rate. You are flexible, team-ready and reliable and work carefully, efficiently and independently. You fulfill health suitability according to the professional principles of the G 41 (investigation contents include vision and hearing test, balance, freedom of dizziness, blood count, weight, heart disease). Very good communication skills as well as German language skills (min. level B2) are necessary. You are ready for shift work (regulated working week from Monday to Friday in alternating shift (spring and late shift), e.g. job-related weekend work on Saturday, which is regulated by a timely annual planning).
