(Senior) Customer Journey Expert – Technical Focus (m/f/d)

You bring new processes and systems in close coordination with relevant stakeholders (e.g. legal, compliance, service), know what works, and pass on your knowledge in the form of guidelines and process documentation. As a central interface for internal and external partners and service providers, you are looking for a structured and successful implementation of internal bank requirements. In your role as Product Owner, you control your squad, prioritize the backlog, shape user stories and design professional requirements. You will structure and prioritize work packages and drive the further development of digital application lines and consumer credit features. With all this, you will keep an eye on open issues, MIAs and Risk Acceptances and ensure consistent monitoring. At the same time, you will ensure that key control tests are carried out and updated reliably – for a secure process landscape. And because you have a good sense of potential, you create opportunities for improvement in the digital account check and in the STP delivery quota and translate it into concrete measures with measurable added value, in cooperation with your colleagues.

Complete study of economics/informatics, technical or bank-related training or multi-year professional experience in the product sector of a bank or FinTechs Experience in cooperation with UX/UI designers, developers and data specialists as well as with legal, finance, risk and compliance Understanding consumer credit Practice in conceptual work or project work, ideally in agile environment and as a product owner Funded expertise in digital product development with user focus and experience in requirements engineering, data analysis (e.g. tracking data) and customer journey mapping Digital and IT-technical understanding Embossed analytical skills, holistic thinking and rapid understanding Communication capability coupled with an agile operation Open to cultural diversity in an international environment German and English flowing in word and writing
