Business Requirement Engineer - Health Insurance (m/f/d)

As a central contact person, you are responsible for the determination, documentation and management of requirements and the interface between stakeholders and our developer teams You coordinate the implementation of requirements effectively - from conception to regular reporting to quality assurance and timely implementation Test cases are planned and you will begin independently, perform comprehensive tests and thus ensure the quality of the software In case of errors, you go to the depths: You analyze thoroughly, assist the developer teams in the fixation and communicate with the reporting persons in a solution-oriented manner. In interdisciplinary teams, you actively contribute and work with developers, specialist specialists, initiative leaders, test managers and architects together to achieve the goal You support and advise product owners on requirements or stakeholder requests

You have knowledge of health insurance (PKV and/or GKV) - especially in stock and contract processes You have a successfully completed degree in business informatics, BWL, insurance or comparable qualification You can demonstrate experience in requirements engineering or business analysis, ideally in the insurance environment and you are familiar with agile methods and procedures Your interest in technical processes between the inventory management system in the medical field and the surrounding interfaces is great Safe handling of common methods: UML, BPMN, User Stories, Use Cases You have strong communication and moderation capabilities and can convey complex facts clearly and understandably A structured, proactive way of working is your strengths New technologies inspire you and you already have good AI skills Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as basic English skills complete your profile
