As a strategic buyer (m/w/d) for Category Management, you are responsible for one or more product groups for different operating units. They develop product group strategies and the supplier pool in coordination with relevant stakeholders. They conduct procurement market analyses to identify market developments, innovations and risks. The tenders and quote comparisons under ''Total Cost of Ownership''' aspects are used by you, in the determination of risks and opportunities, ensure the implementation. In your role, you conduct demand analyses together with the stakeholders. They are responsible in the cross-functional team for contract negotiation and supplier management (supplier assessment and supplier development). Claim management in consultation with the project team.

You have completed a university or technical training with commercial or technical training. They bring multi-year professional experience in the described area of responsibility. They are safe in handling SAP and MS Office products. They have strong knowledge of contract law and a broad technical understanding. Your environment will convince you with a high self-initiative and team capacity. You have mobility regarding cooperation at other thyssenkrupp MS locations. They convince by organisational skill and enforcement. They have knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
