In this context, you are responsible for: Management responsibility: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of up to 12 employees and promote a motivating working atmosphere. Quality assurance: You are responsible for compliance with our high service standards and ensure their implementation in daily business. Sales control: You control your team based on results and are responsible for achieving the defined sales targets. Communication & moderation: You prepare internal team meetings, guide them sovereignly and ensure complete documentation. Employee development: From the preparation and management of structured employee discussions to the planning of individual development measures, your team will support you sustainably. Team development: In addition to strengthening the team spirit and cooperation, you are responsible for the team's further development and effectively increase professionalism and joint success.

Qualification: You have completed commercial training or an economic study, ideally with a focus on sales or business. Leadership experience: You bring several years of experience in the management of staff, preferably from insurance, banks or the service sector. Expertise: Finding knowledge in sales processes as well as security in the key figures control and deriving effective measures are a feature.
