Analyze and resolve legal issues in the fields of contract law, procurement and insurance law Advise internal specialist departments, e.g. for contract implementation or service management Design and adaptation of contract patterns Processing of commercial contract topics, e.g. contract extensions or price changes Participation in building IT systems for contract management and automation Conception and implementation of training and seminars on current legal issues for the team

First and second legal state exams with at least the ‘satisfactory’ note Good knowledge of private and public law and EU law Experience and knowledge of contract law, procurement and procurement, or dealing with contract management systems are desirable Embossed analytical skills and an independent and precise operation Good communication skills, skills and cooperation skills Very good German and good English language skills
