In your position as a real estate agent, your focus is on the precise determination and evaluation of loan values for residential and standard return properties – both inside and outside the small loan limit. You carry out object inspections, draw up sound reports and carry out systematic value checks and market fluctuation studies for residential and commercial occupancy values. In addition, you will accompany and train our employees in the field of asset valuation and ensure that You always work according to the latest standards. As a responsible user for the LORA evaluation system and the ZIMDB database, you will ensure the perfect use and further development of these systems.
