You take on the personal and professional support of commercial trainees and students and are a firm contact person

You actively support the recruiting process to ensure that we will win the right heads for our teams in the future

You participate in the organisation and implementation of central training events, such as the expert seminar in the Senne or the solemn annual financial statements

You actively shape training marketing and internal formats such as the trainer forum or company lessons and seminars

You accompany our junior staff at special milestones, such as when sending abroad, and coordinate the corresponding framework conditions

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration or have a well-founded commercial training

You bring several years of professional experience in the training sector or in the development of staff, so you know exactly what to do in promoting young people

You have a strong communication strength and are delighted to advise and demand people in their development

A structured way of working is of course for you, especially when it comes to coordinating diverse projects and dates
