Welcome to our team! Due to the change in earnings, we are looking for a team management (m/w/d) in part time (min. 30 hours/week) or full time for our stationary earnings management / coding from October/November 2025. The team includes 3 colleagues. As a specialist clinic, the focus is on Orthopaedics. The calculation of voting services is carried out by an external service provider. A well-founded 3 months of incorporation by the staff member is provided. If necessary, additional trainings are of course. Running time Monday to Friday and possibly Homeoffice. General communication with cost providers Processing of out and incoming messages according to § 301 SGB 5 Coordination of the MD Process Case testing, case analysis and monitoring of discussion procedures and case corrections Control and correction of the invoices of stationary cases in the DRG system and, where appropriate, Completion of accounting parameters Coordination of the billing of elective medical services in coordination with our service provider regular adaptation and testing of internal documents/contracts Subsidies Regular revenue sampling (data comparison between hospital information system and SAP) Internal information and communication in changes master data management of accounting-relevant parameters in the hospital information system (NEXUS)

Studying Health Economics or Health Management, Healthcare Kauffrau*mann, comparable degree and/or relevant pre-experience in stationary accounting Permanent personality with safe occurrence, appropriate level of enforcement and balancing being.
