Maintenance Planner

In this role you support the planning, appointment and coordination of maintenance activities to maximize the availability and reliability of our conveyor and automation systems. You act as an interface between the technical teams, operational operations and spare parts management and ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out efficiently and on time.• Planning and appointment of preventive maintenance (PM) in the EAM system (Enterprise Asset Management) with minimal impairment of the operation. • coordination of maintenance windows with operations and RME technicians to ensure installation availability. • Management and maintenance of spare parts stock, including reordering, min/max conditions and critical spare parts. • Maintenance of correct plant and equipment data (piece lists, PM plans, work orders) in the EAM system. • Follow-up and analysis of maintenance KPIs (e.g. PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR, Wrench Time) and advance continuous improvements. • Development of automation and reporting solutions e.g. through the creation of Excel macros (VBA) and the construction of AI agents – for increasing efficiency of recurring tasks, data processing and reporting. • Support for root cause analyses and follow-up of corrective measures in plant failures. • Creation of reports and dashboards for RME management and location management. • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and Amazon maintenance processes. A day in the life As a maintenance planner, you start your day looking at the relevant KPIs and open work orders in the EAM system. You plan and prioritize preventive maintenance, tune maintenance windows with the RME technicians and operations and make sure critical spare parts are available. During the course of the day, you will provide system and master data, analyze key figures (PM compliance, MTBF, MTTR) and develop automation solutions (e.g. Excel macros, AI agencies) to simplify recurring tasks. Your internal customers are the RME team and operations on site – your goal: maximum installation availability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree of study, preferably in a technical field or in business
• Relevant experience in planning, timing and verification of maintenance
• Relevant experience in handling CMMS software
• Relevant experience in the management of spare parts bearings
• Relevant experience in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced English in Word and Writing PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Platform
• Experience with the processes required to introduce a new CMMS system
