Independent planning, coordination and monitoring of (large) projects in plant engineering Leadership of the project team of different departments including external planning teams Compliance with contractually relevant deadline and cost specifications and quality requirements Contact for customers, coordination of open topics / RAIL (Rolling Action Item List) Creation of the requirement specification and interface description for subcontractors and compilation of reporting Implementation of change/and claim management Documentation of project processing Continuous order cost control and order reporting

You have a successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, material sciences, industrial engineering or a comparable technical field Multiannual professional experience in the management of complex major projects in machine and plant engineering Detectable successes in the independent execution of projects with high technical and commercial standards Funded knowledge and multi-year practical experience in follow-up and claim management Experience in managing interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating international partners, customers and suppliers Long-term experience in managing all project phases from order allocation to successful acceptance Construction site and commissioning experience in the national and international project environment Comprehensive knowledge in contract, risk and stakeholder management Safe handling of MS Office and very good knowledge in MS Project A structured, result-oriented and analytical way of working is part of everyday work Loadability and sovereign action in critical project situations as well as a pronounced communication and presentation capability are your strengths Your profile is rounded off by negotiation security, enforcement ability and high leadership and decision-making competence knowledge of German and English in word and writing is required; further foreign language skills are advantageous International readiness to travel
