Kitchen Assistance (m/f/d)

In our Café Bistro 94 at the Süd location, you will enjoy a friendly atmosphere and a reliable culinary service in the hospital everyday.

They work in a modern bistro kitchen with contemporary equipment and clearly structured processes.

In doing so, you take on various supporting tasks and actively contribute to a smooth running in the daily business. Be part of a dedicated team in a secure working environment of the public service.

Tasks:

• Preparation of simple dishes, salads and snacks by appointment
• Support of the kitchen team in preparing and issuing food
• Equipment and sales counters with fresh products
• Support in the service area, e.g. at the beverage output
• Execution of cleaning and rinsing operations in compliance with hygiene standards
• Ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area

Requirements:

• First experience in cuisine, gastronomy, hotel industry or shared meals
• High awareness of hygiene, cleanliness and structured workflows
• Reliable and dedicated operation
• Friend appearance and joy in team collaboration
• Good knowledge of German in everyday work
• Ready for weekend and holiday services
