Hamburger Energienetz GmbH is a privately organised energy distribution network operator owned by the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. The company was created from the merger of electricity grid Hamburg and gas grid Hamburg in September 2024. You shape learning situations and promote self-controlled learning of trainees and dual students. During the entire learning process, you accompany the trainees and support them comprehensively. In practical work, you guide and convey the necessary theoretical content. You will assist students in training preparation and help them in optimal preparation. You will develop sustainable concepts for teaching content to ensure the quality of training. You carry out learning success controls and implement individual support measures. Monitoring of occupational safety and safety in the field of training is your responsibility. You actively contact the areas of application of the trainees. You support the trainees in finding business orders for the final exam. You organize events and excursions and attend the trainees on seminar trips. During the selection of candidates, you will participate and contribute to recruiting new talents. You work in projects and take special tasks.

You have a successfully completed training for the master (a) or technician (a) in an electrotechnical profession (electro-technique according to DGUV Regulation 3). A proven trainer training according to AEVO is available (can be purchased later if necessary). Good work-pedagogical skills and pleasure in the personal and professional development of apprentices, dual students and pupils are yours. The safe handling of the MS Office programs is obvious to you. You bring an IT affinity with and ideally knowledge in the fields of network technology and data transmission as well as in control technology and PLC. A high level of responsibility and readiness for training, especially in the educational environment, is important to you. Communication strength as well as a structured and independent way of working characterize your working style. You have the courage to reflex yourself.
