You continuously develop and develop management reports – from scenario calculation to detail analysis You accompany the medium and long-term planning to make trends visible You define and create monthly evaluations and deviation analyses taking into account plan, actual and forecast – clear, clear and at different levels You analyse the results of regular forecasts and annual planning based on benchmark & key figures comparisons You can edit requests from press, politics and other stakeholders You develop reporting and controlling systems You create ad hoc evaluations – always with attention for detail You support internal and external audits

A completed study in the field of economics, real estate or related fields or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience A good understanding and high number affinity A routine handling of complex Excel tables and analyses Experiences with controlling/planning systems as well as Power Query and Power BI A good communication capability as well as strong team capability Insufficient professional experience in real estate controlling
