Strategic Operations Specialist - Allocation & Projects (f/m/x) - limited to 2 years

As a Strategic Operations Specialist - Allocation & Projects (w/m/x), you are part of our Export Distribution team and connect allocation and strategic problem solution. You take responsibility for your own topics, work with different stakeholders and in close cooperation with our Director Distribution. Your core tasks include: Allocation control: You analyze stocks, needs and availability in SAP and derive data-based allocation decisions for product passes. Resolving causes sustainably: you analyze recurring bottlenecks, misuses and process challenges, identify their causes and develop solutions that have a long-term effect. Bringing know-how to the team: you share your findings and solutions with the operating teams and help them to solve allocation and supply issues more and more independently. Projects: You take responsibility in operations and distribution projects and use structured methods such as 8D, PPS and Lean in a targeted manner. Make interfaces active: You work closely with Purchasing, Logistics and External Partners, prepare relevant analyses and decision bases and support our Director Distribution in strategic issues. The place is limited to 2 years.

This is ideal for you: Completed studies in industrial engineering, BWL or a comparable discipline At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a producing industrial environment, first experience in supply chain management, operations, logistics or distribution is a plus Expressed analytical and technical understanding, high SAP and data affinity and the ability to quickly capture complex relationships and derive sound decisions from them independent and structured working and the desire to take responsibility and actively shape change Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as the willingness to work at the Hamburg site
