WAS DICH ERWARTET In particular, you accompany the recruitment and appointment process of Daimler Buses GmbH across all administrative tasks. In detail: You will start job advertisements in close coordination with the recruiters:in the team You will process the complete tendering, selection and entry process of new employees:in administrative form in our recruiting system You enter personal master files into our HR system and plead them. In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the digital personal files You create employment contracts and other documents relating to the entry and appointment process after submission You are responsible for the entire recruiting process as well as the support of students (practitioner:inside, graduate students, student:inside) You inform applicants:inside, employees:inside and executives in general recruiting-relevant questions and provide information In addition, you work closely with our recruiters: inside and support them in accumulating administrative tasks, e.g. in the onboarding process You have a look at how we can continuously develop and optimize our administrative processes and make suggestions You can also work in (part-)projects or working groups as required
