Build executive trust: Enthusiasts C levels and disciplines equally for a modern operation strategy. Use modern sales tech: Works data-based, use AI, intent signals and digital methods to identify and gain opportunities faster. Shape the playbook: Experiment with new Go-to-Market approaches and actively introduce ideas on how to lift our sales to the next level.

Your profile You're thinking Sales: You're interested in modern sales approaches and you're using digital tools, AI and data to sell smarter. You are a builder: building new topics, markets and narratives motivates you to manage more than existing structures. You understand Business & Technology: you bring experiences in the B2B-sales – for example in the environment of software, IT consulting or digital solutions. You convince at eye level: You communicate clearly, curiously and confidently – from specialist to C level. Language is more than a word sleeve for you. You're pragmatic: you're testing, learning, opting and getting into action instead of waiting for perfect concepts. You work internationally: German and English skills that are reliable for negotiation enable you to talk confidently in both languages.
