Takeover of the overall project management of complex and strategically relevant vehicle development projects for industrial trucks (Hochregalstapler/VNA) Planning, control and implementation of the project order to ensure the quality, costs and dates of all project phases along the product development process (PEP) Control and coordination of the cross-functional project team and communication at all hierarchical levels – up to the Executive Board Ensuring project objectives and success through action planning and tracking and risk management Close cooperation with SE development team leaders (e.g. construction, electronics, software) as well as project-related areas (such as production, purchasing, quality) taking into account the standardized cooperation model Interface management, e.g. between development and product program

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Multiannual experience in project management including professional leadership within an interdisciplinary environment, ideally matrix organization / vehicle development Funded project management methods, deep technical understanding and ideally knowledge of the product development process (PEP) Embossed strategic thinking, high analytical and conceptual skills combined with a sense of decision and an extremely structured way of working with high outcome orientation High leadership, communication and network competencies coupled with persuasiveness and safe occurrence Negotiation Security in German and English
