You have completed your studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, operations management, industrial engineering or a related field of expertise, or completed master training in an industrial field With several years of professional experience in the production management (m/w/d) or in a similar position, you can bring sound knowledge in lean management and continuous improvement methods with Thanks to your strong ability to manage and motivate teams and proven success in personnel development, you are able to effectively manage interdisciplinary teams Your strong communication skills both in writing and oral in German and ideally in English allow you to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders They work structured and targeted, are able to manage several projects at the same time and bring the flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions and requirements; you are also familiar with relevant UVV and quality standards and identify with the values of Knauf that you live in your daily work
