At the closest possible time, we are looking for reinforcement for our team of the Psychiatric Institute Department of Searching Therapy at the Ellwangen site. Specialized treatment focuses are offered here and various forms of supply are kept available. From initial, oriented and motivating advice to long-term outpatient care, the whole spectrum of outpatient therapies is offered. In addition to the search therapy, the co-treatment of comorbid disorders and the substitution treatment belongs to the spectrum of outpatients.

The clinic for addiction therapy operates at the Schwäbisch Gmünd and Winnenden sites further outpatients, stations and day clinics, where further search therapeutic treatment is possible if necessary.

The clinic is integrated into the search assistance networks of the supplied counties and is responsible for the political development of the search assistance at local level. Close cooperations with other providers in the search assistance system (rehabilitation facilities, counselling centres) ensure the patient's further transfer in further treatments.

Your duties

• The outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment of patients from the entire diagnosis spectrum with the focus on dependency diseases
• They work closely with the other occupational groups in the outpatient clinic as well as with external bodies and institutions and outpatients
• Active participation in the design of therapeutic offers and their working environment
• Relation-oriented treatment in the spirit of motivational interviewing, MI

• Completed or advanced training to the specialist (w/m/d) for psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Experiences in addiction therapy or openness to acquire them
• Enthusiasm for psychiatry and independent outpatient activity, including substitution treatment
• Ready to take responsibility
• Interest in the development of priority offers and special telephone hours (e.g. controlled consumption, ADHD)
• Enthusiasm for the construction and further development of innovative forms of supply, such as “future search work” and looking treatment
