Advising and accompanying Federal Volunteers (Bufdis) in the care sector Support for the implementation of educational concepts in the Federal Volunteer Service Educational support and guidance of the Bufdis Care of the Bufdis personal files Auditing and processing of billing and cash documents and support in managing grants Participation in advertising campaigns and development of own ideas Acquises of Bufdis within the regional area In addition to the Linden department, the support area also includes the eleven local associations of the regional area.

Completed vocational training with at least 3-year regular training period associated with multiannual active involvement in THW or another authority or organisation with security tasks (BOS), in each case in leadership, training or youth support function; or Completed vocational training with a minimum of 3 years of regular training with proven pedagogical knowledge/experience, e.g. B. as a ‘state-tested educator’ or Completed training with a minimum of 3 years of regular training in the commercial sector or administration Training examination or willingness to acquire them Diversity competence and team skills Good Microsoft Office licenses as well as ratings of Class III or B or BE readiness to predominantly well-planable missions, e.g. to visit the local associations in the regional area (possibly also outside of it) in order to serve the Federal Volunteers on site (partly also multi-day) willingness to provide services outside the usual working hours and to be accessible (e.g. in the case of use), to cooperate in the management and coordination staff (LuK) and to carry out service or services Use clothes for specific occasions Ideally, knowledge in administrative or commercial matters
