Successfully completed studies in BWL, economic law, economic psychology with the focus on finance and/or personnel or equivalent Insufficient professional experience in the financial and personnel sector in a production environment, of which several years are in senior position Knowledge of financial accounting, controlling, labour law and modern HR practices Expertise in investment and capital strategy Handling the current MS Office applications and very good knowledge in handling ERP systems IT affinity and strong interest in digitization processes desirable Language knowledge in German and English
