Field Sales Representative, CE Southeast (m/f/d)

Together with your team, you are responsible for the implementation of sales activities in the South East area, taking into account the company's and regional objectives and the rules and standards applicable in the company, as well as the support of defined specialist trading partners. Your future tasks: In your sales area, you are responsible for the implementation and further development of the sales targets. You enter and motivate our active partners, talks with owners, market leaders and managing directors to analyze potentials and strategic planning, connect to the area and continuously develop our specialist dealers. The acquisition of new partners to bind them emotionally and to accompany them in the long term also falls within your task. You actively participate in fairs and perform motivational events. You participate in the identification and development of new business areas (e.g. hearing aids and watches) as part of the project work.

You have a completed commercial training or a similar qualification and/or valuable experience in sales/sale. You have an affinity for the areas of consumer electronics, home appliance technology or telecommunications and fun to realize yourself in the insurance industry. You have at least first knowledge of how to use MS Office and are interested in further digital applications (e.g. tour app). You are characterized by a sovereign and empathic appearance and good communication skills. You bring a class B driver's license as well as a high readiness to travel to our sales partners as well as various events, conferences and trade fairs (including accommodation). Your place of residence is in the sales area - the sales area includes the South East Bavaria region (PLZ 83, 84, 94)
