Your tasks: End user support & IT operation: First contact point for IT questions in the European location. Support for laptops, peripherals, printers and conference room technology. Fixing errors in operating systems and standard applications using approved tools and procedures. Documentation of all works in the ticket system and compliance with global SOPs. Monitoring of ticket maintenance and escalation of complex problems to central IT teams. Coordination with external service providers (e.g. telecommunications and network providers) and organisation of on-site terminals. Support for device change, changeover and off-boarding as well as support for off-boarding processes in cooperation with HR and central IT. System & Infrastructure Support (Hands-on): Implementation of hardware installations, cabling and maintenance of local systems. Support for server, storage and network components and virtualization systems and backups. Managing local components of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune-managed devices. Documentation & Process Optimization: Maintenance of system documentation, configuration instructions and SOPs. Creation of Troubleshooting Guides and Knowledge Base Articles. Identification of possibilities for automation and improvement of service quality.
