To strengthen our research and development, we are looking for a dedicated Lead Test Engineer (m/w/d) that actively contributes his passion for complex technical systems. As a lead test engineer, you take on the technical and organizational responsibility for the system-wide end-to-end testing of our products consisting of mechatronics, hardware, firmware, cloud, web and mobile applications.

You ensure that our systems are functionally correct, stable, secure and market-ready across all disciplines and are already developing verification and validation criteria as well as manual and automated testing methods when designing new products and features.

You are responsible for verification and validation activities throughout the entire product development process Further development and enforcement of the company-wide test strategy in the overall development process (unit, module, integration, E2E, HiL, SiL tests) Planning, coordination and execution of manual and automated end-to-end tests to ensure the functionality, safety and reliability of our products Care and development of our automated test infrastructure Troubleshooting, Reproduction and Root-Cause Analysis as well as participation in the development of suitable solution concepts Optimization of test processes and promote the know-how building in the team

completed studies or technical qualification in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, automation technology or a comparable qualification with Multiannual experience in test management of complex distributed systems Funded knowledge in end-to-end testing across multiple disciplines Good understanding of system architectures and interfaces Very good knowledge in the creation of test strategies, test plans and acceptance concepts Experience in the professional leadership of teams or test responsibility in development projects Structured, analytical working and pronounced quality awareness Very good communication skills also in interdisciplinary and international teams Good knowledge of German and English
