Ensuring material availability for optimal production Disposition and appointment of materials in Europe and Asia Monitoring of open orders and appointment tracking Coordination with suppliers, manufacturing facilities and internal cutting points (production, purchasing, logistics) Management of bottleneck situations Maintenance of master data in the ERP system (Proalpha) Creation of reports and derivation of improvement measures

Completed commercial or technical training ideally with a focus on materials management / logistics Experience in disposition or operating purchase – preferably in a production company Safe handling of ERP systems, ideal proalpha, and MS Office Good English knowledge in word and writing Analytical thinking, independent working and hand-on mentality Communication strength and team orientation
