In 3 years we will show you how to prepare milk as a raw material for further production – for example for the production of butter, cheese or other dairy products. You get to know product-specific recipes and standards, immerse yourself in the world of process control technology and learn what is important in process monitoring. We will show you to take the appropriate equipment, machinery and equipment professionally into operation, clean it, retool it and troubleshoot it. A wide range of food regulations, environmental regulations and product-related packaging technologies meet you. The vocational school makes you fit in assessing and securing the quality of the milk and in the production of milk mixed drinks and also cheese.

You have a good school degree or a very good primary school degree. Good grades in mathematics and in the field of natural sciences. You're ready to work in the shift system.

You will receive an annual grant of €120.00 for teaching materials. For longer journeys, you will receive a fare grant. After passing vocational training, we offer you a 12-month acquisition guarantee within the group. The vocational school takes place centrally in an educational establishment, and we take over the entire school and accommodation costs.
