Your activity is assigned to the Squad Customer Insights. Here you work with 8 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives

You develop innovative, customer-centric and competitive solutions to control the omnichannel distribution in the banks using methods of agile software development and complying with the legal requirements for EU GDPR. Your focus is on the technical design and implementation of a modern process for sales analysis, which creates sound basis for decision-making for our banks and added value for their customers. You are driving forward the development of a sales categorization model by recognizing changes and trends on the market, evaluating them professionally and meeting the decision regarding implementation. In communication with all the roles of your agile team and in coordination with the product owners of the delivery teams, you develop the application to an AI/ML-based system that generates new added value through automation and intelligent pattern recognition. With your strategic thinking, you want to develop ideas and processes together with the banks and understand how we can best support our customers.

Personality with profile

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or (bank) business management, as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior in the increasingly digitized world. You have a pronounced affinity for new technologies, digitization, usability, design and ideally expertise in AI or machine learning, as well as a good understanding of the distributive orientation of a bank. With all this, your strategic thinking helps you to make the application sustainable. You have practical knowledge of the agile method (Bsp. Scrum/SAFe), an agile mindset and ideally have a certification as Product Owner or the like. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have a strong abstraction power, design strength, creativity and a high innovative power You bring with you a strong communicative and social competence, entrepreneurial thinking and acting, negotiation strength and team capacity.
