Acceptance and processing of fault messages and repair requests in the area of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary (HKLS) Regular maintenance, inspection and maintenance of technical installations and building technology Implementation of repairs and small repairs as well as elimination of technical disturbances Handicraft performance, maintenance and removal services Ensuring the quality and timely execution of all works in building management Implementation and documentation of technical tours and modifications replacement and renewal of wear parts and technical components

Completed training as plant mechanic HKLS, heating farmer, ventilation farmer, gas and water installer or comparable qualification in the field of domestic engineering / building technology First professional experience in technical facility management or in house technology desirable High customer and service orientation Good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration)
