Specialist Planner Technical Building Services / HLS (m/f/d)

Responsible for the planning of technical building equipment (TGA/HLS) in the performance phases 1–4 according to HOAI for our timber and module construction projects Testing of work and assembly plans and monitoring of the designs Implementation of coordination with internal specialist departments, external specialist planners, authorities and other project participants Support for approval and regulatory procedures and close cooperation with architecture, production, project management and other areas of expertise Development of innovative, economic and sustainable concepts in the fields of heating, sanitation, ventilation and MSR as well as participation in the creation of planning concepts, schemes and calculations Construction and further development of TGA standards for wood module construction and integration of TGA in modular constructions taking into account pre-production and standardization

Complete studies in the field of supply technology, building technology or energy technology, alternative technicians or masters Funded knowledge in the planning of the plants Heating, Sanitation, Ventilation and MSR as well as in the handling of relevant standards and regulations Self-contained, structured and careful functioning as well as a quick understanding and solution-oriented thinking Good IT skills in handling CAD and BIM applications, such as Trimble Nova, and Microsoft Office Communication strength and team capacity in dealing with internal and external project participants as well as pleasure in cross-departmental cooperation Multiannual professional experience in the TGA planning, ideally in the performance phases 1–3, as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
