IT Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our IT-Governance & Architecture team at the Cologne site, we are looking for a specialist IT-Governance (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), who has the pleasure of continuously developing and optimizing our IT processes.

The close connection to the management and the IT management creates short decision-making paths and enables early takeover of responsibility. In close cooperation with all IT units and departments, the team actively participates in company-wide topics and gains a wide range of insights into the overall organisation.

Implementation and further development of IT processes within the framework of the IT governance framework for the efficient, transparent and reliable provision of IT services Operational support of processes in the area of Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a focus on the central IAM application and participation in the further development of lifecycle management, role models, certification processes as well as segregation-of-duties activities Support in monitoring and controlling external IT service providers, in particular with regard to monitoring, audits and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Cooperation with the fields of IT security, control functions and our specialist departments to coordinate governance and IAM issues Contact person for internal and external auditors as part of compliance, governance and IAM relevant issues

Qualification: Complete study of computer science / economic informatics, economics with a focus on computer science or a comparable qualification; alternative relevant professional career with corresponding practical experience Experience: Ideally professional experience with regulatory frameworks – desirable in the financial environment, such as DORA, MaRisk, BAIT Knowledge: Good basic understanding of IT processes, IT systems and directory services and ideally first practical experience with IAM platforms (e.g. SailPoint IdentityNow) In addition: Teamplayer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with strong communication strength and high self-initiative Languages: German language skills and good English skills in word and writing
