Full-time and permanent Short overview You play a key role in one of the largest energy transition infrastructure programs and develop new business opportunities in the field of network infrastructure in southern Germany. The position combines major project management (HGÜ), market development in the transmission sector and the construction of distribution programs. The role of a program management for several network expansion projects is growing in perspective.

Conduct and coordination of a large high-voltage direct current transmission (HGÜ) project (terminal, cost, quality) Control of project teams Main contact partner for the client Expansion of customer relationships and development of new projects in the field of network reinforcement and retraining Construction and control of entire network expansion programmes (e.g. Regional Grid (110 kV), substations, network reinforcement, integration of renewable energies)

Complete study of electrical engineering / energy technology, alternative economic engineering / civil engineering with a focus on energy or comparable At least 10–15 years of energy infrastructure experience Multiannual experience in the management / construction monitoring of large infrastructure projects Experience in project or program control Experience with high-voltage networks, HGÜ or network expansion projects, substations, cable connections management skills, entrepreneurial thinking, high communication skills Strategic understanding of infrastructure markets, competence to build customer relationships
