You realize medium-sized railway and development projects in compliance with the agreed cost, timing and quality objectives Take over the project management for self-research projects - from initiation to acceptance (HOAI performance phases 1-9) - and realize exciting construction projects such as new buildings, conversion measures or repairs of traffic stations The given project framework conditions are known to you and you are in constant exchange with internal and external stakeholders and encourages the early development of countercontrol measures at a risk of targeting Preparing, tuning and coordinating planning and construction contracts, monitoring and enforcement of contract obligations of all contractors (contract management) Organisation and implementation of project communication, including all project participants and stakeholders

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed technical/university study as a civil engineer, economic engineer, architect or comparable Funded professional experience in project management, ideally in the planning and implementation phases of construction projects, you bring with you Good knowledge in the fields of VOB, VOL, HOAI and in the applicable legal regulations are desirable Self-responsible action, forward-looking thinking and the desire for further development You have a high degree of flexibility and resilience, will be able to handle all project participants (Eisenbahnbundesamt, Kommunen, etc.) and have a strong team, quality, cost and time consciousness
