Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees incl. Application, shift and holiday planning as well as training, qualification and further development Planning, control and monitoring of all welding manufacturing processes Ensuring quality, dates and cost-effectiveness based on relevant (KPIs) Responsibility for standards, regulations and quality standards (ISO, DIN, EN) Continuous optimization of processes, processes and resource use Selection, introduction and monitoring of modern welding processes and technologies Analysis of errors, deviations and complaints as well as initiation and follow-up of appropriate improvement measures Close cooperation with work preparation, construction, QS and maintenance Ensuring the requirements for occupational safety, environmental and health protection

Technical training in the metal sector with further training to the welder / ‐meister / techniker (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in welding technology with leadership experience and well-founded knowledge in common welding processes (e.g. MAG, robot welding) Good knowledge of relevant standards and quality requirements Safe handling of technical drawings and ERP systems (e.g. SAP) Leadership, organisational strength and enforcement Structured, solution-oriented operation and high quality awareness
