Support for the organisation in the planning, control and implementation of cross-departmental projects (Controlling & Governance) Conception and development of project key figures, status reports, templates, processes and control formats Building a uniform project management understanding and a transparent project controlling Coaching of project managers and project teams Conception & moderation of workshops Guidance, support and methodological skills of the departments in the independent structured project work with modern IT tools Active support of change processes in the context of digitalization and organisational development Close cooperation with executives, experts, HR and corporate communication

A completed study in e.g. business engineering, business informatics or BWL Alternatively, due to experience, you have appropriate knowledge and skills You have several years of experience in project management or change management, ideally as PMO Experience in handling SAP is an advantage You control workshop, moderation and coaching techniques You have a structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach You have the ability to reduce complexity and create transparency, proven by certificates (such as Prince2, PML, Scrum) Self-initiative, enforcement and sense of responsibility
