In this role, you will analyze, design and optimize processes in our different units with a focus on billing and field service. You actively work in existing sys­tems and pursue the claim not only to understand them, but to make them more consistent. You will be able to identify pro­cesses, inef­ficiencies and risks, and will then take concrete and practical measures, even without relevant IT adjustments You think processes end-to-end across systems, roles and areas and keeps the entire process from triggering to outcome in mind The implementation of the measures is particularly important, ranging from analysis to subsequent analysis in everyday life. You have a degree programme or a comparable qualification as well as a professional qualification in a study with a focus on optimisation of different processes or on an age-related experience in the field of heating and secondary products.
