Acquisition of the professional leadership of a team of around 8 colleagues as well as accompaniment in the incorporation and further development Ensuring a timely processing of packaging orders and smooth workflows throughout the packaging process As the first respondent to technical questions and challenges relating to the packaging process, you support the team directly at the plants and in everyday work Continuous monitoring of processes, recognition of optimization potentials and active participation in the further development and improvement of processes Ensuring compliance with our quality standards and hygiene requirements and applicable quality guidelines in the packaging department Support in the professional setting and upgrading of the packaging systems as well as in the analysis and elimination of disturbances together with the team

You have a technical training, e.g. as a mechatronic (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d) a training in the food sector, e.g. as a specialist for food technology, or you already have experience in a similar task You are highly motivated to guide your shift staff professionally and to become better together Thanks to your organizational design, you reliably coordinate compliance with delivery dates, quality standards, hygiene guidelines and safety requirements With your technical understanding, you recognize optimization potentials and implement improvements in a targeted manner You are ready to work in early shift and late shift
