Process design: You define target processes, harmonize wage types and ensure that all legal requirements are met. End-to-end control: You are responsible for continuous processes from time management to payroll to reporting and eliminate media breaks. Data transformation: You guide our data migration, control the appropriate quality and ensure correct master data through well-founded testing mechanisms. Test Management: You plan and control integration, parallel and acceptance tests and ensure complete, meaningful test results. Go-Live Management: You prepare Cutover and Go-Live, control the implementation and run projects safely through the stabilization phase. Study background: You have completed your studies in BWL, Business Informatics or HR Management. Experience in HR transformation: You have several years of experience in the introduction of payroll and HCM systems and have already managed complex HR-IT projects.
