For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a Group Controller/Involvement Controller (m/w/d).

Monthly financial statements: You evaluate the business performance indicators, point to optimization potentials and accompany the quarterly review with the management. Forecasting and planning process: You guide your affiliates through the planning process and ensure the timely and correct delivery of the data; at the same time, you take a challenger role in terms of the plausibility of the planned numbers and measures. Further development of control systems: You design the further development within the participation controller with regard to automation and new tools. Process optimization: You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, BI Queries and data quality. Project cooperation: You accompany SAP rollouts in the associated national companies and process ad-hoc inquiries from the management, e.g. in the financial assessment of acquisitions or existing holdings.

Academic background: You have a successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring at least five years of relevant experience in controlling (ideally in participation controlling) and have knowledge in accounting according to HGB. SAP competence: You work safely with SAP CO/FI and ideally also have knowledge of the SD and MM modules. Software knowledge: You control Excel at expert level; Experience in dealing with BI tools such as Analysis for Office and Power BI is an advantage. You are characterised by an independent, structured and responsible way of working. Personal strengths: You convince by team capacity, resilience, trustworthiness and sovereign communication. Language knowledge: You have a reliable knowledge of English in word and writing.
