You are the first contact person for our B2B customers in Germany. You independently supervise the sales areas or customer groups assigned to you in commercial and simple technical questions. Customer support and relationship management: You act as a central contact for the customers assigned to you and for potential new customers Supply and order management: You create offers based on the requirements of customers and internal requirements, track them and ensure efficient order processing in our ERP system SAP. The processing of complaints and warnings is also one of your tasks Sales-supporting measures: Cross- and up-selling set you profitable Cooperation with internal departments: You work closely with your field service and Technical Inside Sales to ensure that customer requirements are met and smooth cooperation is guaranteed Customer feedback and support: You continuously collect customer feedback to ensure their satisfaction and identify potential for improvement Documentation of sales activities: You are responsible for maintaining all sales activities, customer master data and conditions in our Salesforce CRM system and SAP

You have at least completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have already gained professional experience in sales You are enjoying active customer recovery Sales talent and skill in handling customers Fun in dealing with people and sales-oriented action characterize your daily work Team spirit, flexibility, sympathetic and sovereign appearance are of course for you You have good knowledge of MS Office; Experiences in SAP and Salesforce are desirable
