Production planner and controller Storage and transport containers (m/f/d)

Creation of production plans and schdules taking into account customer requirements, stocks, material availability and capacity limits Analysis of production data and trends to optimize production processes and increase efficiency Participation in the coordination of material and capacity requirements with suppliers and internal departments Monitoring production processes and quality to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the required quality Examination and correction of new production master files to new articles (material master files, work plan and piece lists) Creation of sketches as additional equipment for production orders Examination and clarification of barcode specifications and positions as well as requirement of barcodes via purchasing Identification of production bottlenecks and problems and development of solutions to overcome them Provision of tool variants and setup dates for timely provision by tool construction and setup team Cooperation with other departments such as purchasing, logistics, tooling and quality assurance to ensure that production processes run smoothly Compliance with the requirements of the integrated management system (quality DIN EN ISO 9001, environment DIN EN ISO 14001, energy DIN EN ISO 50001, occupational safety DIN EN ISO 45001) as well as participation in process optimizations

Complete industrial training in the production environment, also technicians or masters Understanding lists and work plans Multiannual relevant professional experience (large series production) Experiences with SAP/R3 are beneficial Experiences with Microsoft Office applications in particular.
