In order to support our team in the Construction and Conservation department at the Würzburg office, we are looking for you as department manager (w/m/d).

Management and control of the department of construction examination including the disciplinary and professional guidance of the employees Regular reporting to management Implementation and supervision of building tests according to DIN 1076 Participation in the award of construction tests and the necessary additional services Coordination of the supervision of our inventory registers and inventory documents

Complete study in the field of civil engineering with a focus on construction engineering or professional experience, equivalent suitability Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of employees Expertise on the award and execution of engineering services and the associated award and fees law (HOAI, VOB, ZTV‐ING) Physical suitability (hearing and vision, dizziness) for terrain and construction sites Very good German knowledge in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR) Class B driving licence and readiness to operate a motor vehicle and travel activities

That would be desirable: Ownership of a valid VFIB certificate Safe handling of the software applications relevant to the subject (e.g. SIB-Bauwerke, iTWO) and the common Microsoft Office products Standing for occasional activity outside regular working hours

Group of charges: E13 to E14 The remuneration is carried out according to the above-mentioned remuneration group according to the tariff classification regulations of the TV car.
