The Medical Controlling department in the Clinic Management Department is responsible for the medical-economic control, the quality of the coding and the further development of modern documentation and compensation systems throughout the group. In this central position, you contribute significantly to improving processes, raising revenue potential and sustainably strengthening the performance of the Vivantes clinics.

Responsibility for coding support system MOMO Implementation of internal codier revisions and derivation of measures for optimisation Development of new approaches to stationary revenue protection and improvement of coding quality Conducting projects for process optimization, documentation quality and interface control Analysis of case and performance data for the further development of medical performance

Complete studies in the field of medical controlling, health management or health economics Long-standing experience in medical controlling, ideally also across the company Experience in preparing pay negotiations (Bsp. Creating AEB statistics, medical-classification evaluation of new treatment and examination methods) Very good knowledge of the DRG and PEPP system, classifications (ICD, OPS) and the German Code Directives Confidentiality with settlement provisions, audit vV and hospital financing Very good knowledge of MS Office, KIS and database systems; ideally SAP, Orbis, QlikView and SQL Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
