In your function as Technical Field Service Support (all genders), you take the performance of on-site support in the hardware and software sector with our customers primarily at the locations Berlin or Helmstedt You take care of the setup and configuration of workstations as well as, if necessary, the user's instruction You enter the (special) hardware (up and down of computers, monitors, peripherals, media technology) You are responsible for the warehouse management of the hardware in the customer's inventory (asset management) Analysis and solution of disturbances in the area of desktop, notebooks, printers, media technology and, if necessary, Network directly at the local customer as a so-called “Helping Hand” also falls into your task area You can arrange tickets in ticket systems and also handle their processing and documentation You are responsible for the creation of jobs including team telephony (construction and dismantling) as well as support in IT rollouts and IT environments In addition, you carry out the advice and instruction of the users to the respective system, to the new notebook or mobile phone
