Mandatory internship in Talent Acquisition & Event Management (m/f/d)

In our mandatory internship, you will get comprehensive insights into the entire talent acquisition process and work closely with our talent acquisition team. A special highlight: You support a large share in organizing the Career Day family business 2027. From preparation to operational implementation to refurbishment, you are part of the organization team and get the unique opportunity to get in touch with up to 50 leading family businesses. Your challenges: Event Management: Career Day Family Business Support in Planning, Organisation and Coordination of Career Day Family Business Maintenance and structuring of project documents, task lists and event documentation Support in selecting and coordinating giveaways, promotional materials and event equipment Working with visitor guides, signage concepts as well as spatial and operational planning Creation of briefing documents, schedules and event documentation Accompanying the event on site and active support of the organization team Participation in preparation including feedback evaluation, Lessons Learned and final documentation

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support our talent Acquisition team in operational application management Organization and coordination of interviews Active Sourcing support as well as identifying and addressing potential talents Working with the optimization of recruiting processes and the further development of tools and systems

Your profile: Education: Continuous study of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a comparable subject First experiences: Ideally first practical insights into HR, recruiting or project work Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors are beneficial, but no need First experience in project management is desirable

Expertise Joy in preparing complex topics structured Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition and event management Safe handling of MS Office German and English language skills in word and writing

Personality Team-oriented and communication-strong personality Embossed organizational design and structured working High self-initiative and an independent and reliable working style Open and sovereign appearance in dealing with different contact persons Hands-on mentality with pragmatic solution orientation Joy in team collaboration and active design of tasks and processes

Other Duration: ideally 6 months, we definitely need your support in May & June 2027 It is a compulsory practice. Please provide proof of your university. Prerequisite is the enrollment at a university.
