The expects you to repair work in and around the building

• Control procedures with documentation and notification of defects
• Smaller repair and painting
• Disposal and transport activities
• Maintenance of green areas and, if necessary, winter service

This draws you great craftsmanship and a good eye for details

• Experience in facility management or as a housekeeper (w/m/d) of advantage, but no need
• Reliability and flexibility in operation
• Self-employed and self-employed
