UX Designer - E-Commerce / Conversion-Fokus (m/f/d)

Since 2017, Limitless eCom GmbH has been a rapidly growing medium-sized e-commerce company based in Teltow. We develop, operate and scale several international D2C brands in the beauty and lifestyle sector, including Diamond Smile, Silky Planet and Holzhütte and are currently active in over 12 countries. UX is not a “Nice-to-have” for us, but a central growth driver. That's why we're looking for a UX designer (m/w/d), who works hands-on, takes responsibility and translates user needs into clear, performant interfaces. Office cooperation: We work closely on site in our office in Teltow. Therefore, regular presence in the office is important to us.

Development and Optimization of User Flows, Wireframes and Prototypes UX optimization along the entire customer journey (e.g. PDP, PLP, Checkout, Navigation, After-Sales) Translation of user needs and business goals into understandable, conversion-strong UX solutions Close cooperation with development, marketing and e-commerce management Construction and maintenance of consistent UI components (design system mintset)

Mindset & Operation Very adaptable and safe in agile setups Hands-on Communicate clearly, actively seeks context and takes over Ownership Safe handling of AI/LLMs to support working day UX & UI Skills Good understanding of conversion-optimized UX Good knowledge of user flows, information architecture and interaction design Safe in layout, typography, spacing and visual hierarchy Consistent work with components and design systems Understanding clear UI states and understandable interactions Our internal communication takes place in German, so we require very good German knowledge.
